Healthy Communities Grants - 2 February 2010

The Department of Health and Ageing is seeking Expressions of Interest from not-for-profit organisations to deliver proven and sustainable community-based programs aimed at improving adults' physical activity levels¸ healthy eating behaviours and/or weight. The aim of the National Program is to help organisations that have demonstrated success in delivering community-based healthy lifestyle programs in at least two locations to expand their program nationally¸ including to the majority of the areas receiving the Healthy Communities Initiative Local Government Areas Grants funding that wish to access the program.
