If you are seeking new staff, taking on an apprentice could be for you. The apprentices don't just have to be trades based and at Smart we focus on Sport and Recreation and Business related apprenticeships. There are significant government funding incentives related to taking on an apprentice. We also include lots of practical elements into our courses (life guard, swim teacher qualifications for example) so they can be an excellent way of filling a skills gap within your organisation.
VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Courses such as the Certificate IV in Sport and Recreation, Fitness or Business are offered and again, significant governemnt funding is available for you to train your staff.
